Your purchase of a word implies your acceptance of the terms.

You will receive information on submitting your URL after your payment is processed.
Your link will remain active for a minimum of 3 calendar years from review.
We reserve the right to refuse a link if we feel it is inappropriate. If that's the case, you will be offered the opportunity to choose an alternate link. If you have no other link, we will offer a refund.
Do not submit websites that contain illegal, hateful, or racist content.
Do not link directly to an executable file (i.e. no programs, eBooks, music, downloadable media, etc.)
You must be authorized to provide the link and title for the website you submit. If it's not your own site, please do not add it unless you have permission.
We will do everything we can to offer the best service, however you may not receive a refund in case of downtime. We will simply extend your ad term for the amount of time that the site was down.
You can upgrade your word within 90 days for 50% of the normal price (see the FAQ).
You can change the link your word points to up to the maximum for each word style (see the FAQ).
If you can't find a certain word, you're welcome to suggest one (see the FAQ).
In the remote chance someone else buys the same word as you, the word will be sold to the person who ordered first, and the other person will be invited to choose another word or receive a refund.
